Complete Pre-Chiropractor Program Requirements
Before you enroll in a chiropractor program, there are educational requirements that you will have to meet. You will be required to spend at least three years studying at an accredited university. Not only will you need to complete all of the required prerequisites, but you will also need to maintain a 2.50 out of 4.00 GPA. 

Students with disabilities will not be denied admission to the program. However, they will be required to fulfill the same requirements as all of the other students.

Complete An Accredited Program
Chiropractors are required to earn a doctorate degree from an accredited program. The doctorate program will last for about 4,200 hours, which will take a person about four or five years to complete. This program is very rigorous.

Students will be required to complete basic training in health and biological sciences, which includes biochemistry, anatomy, physiology and histology. They are also required to complete specialized training in chiropractic care. Additionally, students will need to complete hands-on training.
